Okay, this is absolutely amazing! If you're not a mad scientist, just smile and not and wait for it. Even if you don't understand the equations (though I imagine many here will) you will still find the findings ... well, see for yourself:

This is truly groundbreaking! Further analysis of the fragmentation index could yield amazing results.

Obviously, the information could be used by anyone, so that could be a bad thing in the end, I suppose, but it would tend to slow fanaticism and random violence as the information mostly tells us how to combat insurgency.

Awh, shucks, t'warn't nuthin'. I'm just sorry I haven't the time to delve into it. It looks interesting, but I'm only doing a drive-by skim of the boards. I probably won't have time to sit back and enjoy Teh Interwebz until after MisCon.
